PIRATE TRAP SHOOTING TEAM COMPLETES WEEK 3 WITH IMPROVED RESULTS

The Crookston Pirate Trap Team wrapped up the third week of competition this week and had some outstanding performances, including the team’s best score of the season. Crookston shot a 1,700.5 in week one. They improved to 1,946.5 in week two, and in week three, they scored 2,020. Crookston is in the 4A Conference 4.

CROOKSTON HIGH SCHOOL ENVIROTHON TEAM ADVANCES TO STATE

Crookston High School sent two teams to compete in the Area 1 Envirothon last week. The teams tested their knowledge of many areas of natural resources, including soils, forestry, aquatics, wildlife, and current events. Teams also created an oral presentation on a topic facing Minnesota’s natural resources. Crookston had a team that earned 2nd place
