KROX receives MN National Guard NCSA top-performer award

The Minnesota Broadcasters Association is holding its annual meeting in Rochester this week. The Minnesota National Guard announced the winners of the top radio and TV station top performers, and KROX won the top performer for outstate Minnesota.
