The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 862 new cases of COVID-19 and 4 deaths. There were 16,319 completed tests yesterday for a positive rate of 5.3 percent. The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting eight deaths and 414 new cases of COVID-19 today. The new cases come from just 8,858 tests for a positive rate of 4.7 percent.
