SEVERAL AREA FARMS TO BE HONORED AS 2020 CENTURY FARMS

The Minnesota State Fair and the Minnesota Farm Bureau recognize 154 Minnesota farms as 2020 Century Farms. Qualifying farms have been in continuous family ownership for at least 100 years and are 50 acres or more. CITY OF CROOKSTON RECEIVES “PEOPLE’S CHOICE BEST TASTING DRINKING WATER AWARD”

CROOKSTON HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING BAND PERFORMS AT THE STATE FAIR

The Crookston High School Marching Band marched at the Minnesota State Fair Wednesday afternoon on a perfect day for marching.  They marched in front of a huge crowd along the parade route.  The band left early Wednesday morning and will get some time to enjoy the fair before coming home tonight.  We have some pictures
