Crookston 5th grade girls basketball team finishes 2nd at CYBA tourney

The Crookston 5th Grade Girls basketball team took 2nd place in this past weekend’s CYBA tournament in Crookston. Crookston beat the Queens 27-12 in the first round. Crookston 5th grade girls basketball team wins Cons. Championship

The Crookston 5th grade girl’s basketball team won the Consolation Championship at the Green Wave Sports Booster Border Battle tournament this weekend. Warroad beat Crookston 25-12 in the first round. The girls bounced back to beat Cavalier 30-18 in the consolation semi-finals and beat Warren-Alvarado-Oslo 30-24 in the consolation championship.The team members are Marie Prudhomme,

ABI BRULEY WINS 2021 OX CART DAYS TALENT CONTEST

The 2021 Ox Cart Days Crookston’s Got Talent Contest was held this afternoon at Downtown Square. There were six different participants, with the top three taking home a cash prize. Talents ranged from singing, “robotic dancing,” and playing the piano. The audience was the judge based on a round of applause after all the acts.
