CROOKSTON FIRE DEPARTMENT RESPONDS TO VEHICLE FIRES AT UMC

Earlier this afternoon the Crookston Fire Department responded to two vehicle fires at the University of Minnesota Crookston campus. UPDATE ON SHOOTING THAT TOOK PLACE IN OKLEE MONDAY AFTERNOON

The victim of the shooting that occurred in Oklee Monday afternoon, Cody Eldene Landrus (31) of Oklee, remains in critical condition at Essentia Hospital in Fargo. The suspected shooter, Oliver John Berhow (27) of Fertile is still in custody at the jail in Crookston. A formal criminal complaint should be filed with the Court today

TRI-COUNTY COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS REVIEW 2020 AUDITED FINANCIALS

The Tri-County Community Corrections Board met on Monday morning inside the Polk County Justice Center. The meeting began with Gordon Dale giving the board a review of the 2020 audited financials for Tri-County Community Corrections. Tri-County Community Corrections Executive Director Andrew Larson said the numbers look strong and where they have been in the past.
