MINNESOTA REPORTS 2,050 COVID CASES AND 18 DEATHS, POLK COUNTY 7 NEW CASES

The Minnesota Department of Health released the COVID-19 numbers for today and the state reported 2,050 cases with 18 deaths. No deaths were reported in northwest Minnesota. POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE RESPONDS TO VEHICLE FIRE

On September 9, at 8:22 p.m. the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol responded to a report of a vehicle fire on Hwy 2 West of Crookston. A utility truck was being pulled behind a dump truck when the rear tire caught on fire. The utility truck was engulfed in flames, upon arrival.
