The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the arrest of the following – Charles Wayne Zornes, 44 of Crookston, for fourth-degree assault on a public employee. Preparation work began on the reconstruction of Fisher Avenue/County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 11 on Monday, and the work will begin Tuesday, June 8.
