POLK COUNTY RECORDS FIRST COVID-19 RELATED DEATH

The Minnesota Department of Health has confirmed a Polk County resident in their 50’s is the first Covid-19 related death in the county. It is believed that the deceased individual had underlying health conditions. As of today, Polk County has 48 total cases with ages ranging from under one year old to their late 60’s.

HIGHLAND SCHOOL STUDENT HALLE NICHOLAS MAKES AND DONATES MASKS

Highland School student Halle Nicholas has recently learned to sew.  She made and donated 50 masks for Highland School.
