The Crookston Ways & Means Committee will have a special meeting Thursday, January 9 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The Crookston High School Knowledge Bowl teams finished first, seventh, and 13th place at the University of Minnesota Crookston Knowledge Bowl competition on Tuesday. 27 teams competed in the competition. Members of the first-place team are Ben Brantner, Walker Winjum, Emily Gillette, Tai Baig, and Scott Cordova. The team is coached by Katelyn Stegman.
