Stephen Matthew Knox, 49, for a gross misdemeanor traffic violation for driving after cancellation. Joey Lee Wright, 47 of East Grand Forks, for misdemeanor failure to appear.

The Crookston City Council met on Monday night. They were unable to appoint Chris Plante to the City Council to represent Ward 6 despite a majority (4 to 2) voting in favor of the appointment.
