DRIVER ISSUED FAILURE TO YIELD SUMMONS AFTER HITTING MOTORCYCLE IN GRAND FORKS

On Saturday, July 20 at approximately 9:58 p.m. officers were dispatched to 3200 S 20 St for a reported vehicle collision.   A vehicle exiting Happy Harry’s parking lot did not observe a motorcycle travelling Southbound on S 20.  The two vehicles collided. RED LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE HAD A BUSY WEEK WITH SEVERAL CALLS

The Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office has been busy the past week with several calls.  We have a recap of the week below –  Shortly after midnight on Friday, July 12, a Red Lake County deputy seized some illegal fireworks from an individual at the gravel pit south of Oklee. No criminal charges were filed.
