The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals: Jerrod Richard Lewis-Ash, 28 of Erskine, for felony 3rd-degree possession of methamphetamine in a school, park or public housing zone. Joseph Kanick Charleson, 32 of Crookston, for misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
