NWMAC-THE INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS GRANT IS EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 15

Applications are open for arts grants to individuals from our seven-county Minnesota service area, including Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau counties.  Individual Artist Grants have an October 15 deadline for $5,000 grants and a November 15 deadline for $1,500. MNDOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR RAIL SERVICE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GRANTS

Railroads, rail shippers, cities and counties are encouraged to apply for up to $9.6 million in available grants for projects that will improve freight rail service that supports economic development, the Minnesota Department of Transportation announced today. The funding is available through the 2023 Minnesota Rail Service Improvement Program. Applications are due by 5 p.m.

Gaby Jazmin Rodriguez Arroyo, 22, of Crookston, for fourth-degree DUI. Skylar Christian-Grant Kendryna, 21, of Bagley, for domestic assault by strangulation. Nathan Wayne Hanson, 22, of Greenbush, for fourth-degree DUI.
