ARREST/FIRE REPORT-August 3, 2023

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reported the arrest of the following. Sydney Ann Vorachek, 27 of Grand Forks, for second-degree DUI with two or more aggravating factors. Frederick Howard Metcalf, 59 of Fosston, for fourth-degree DUI. Joseph Eugene Johnson Jr., 52 of Crookston, for second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and substantial bodily harm.
