The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reported the arrest of the following– Chad Edward Niswonger, 47, of Walker, for fourth-degree DUI Crookston Fire Calls At 3:00 p.m. yesterday, the Fire Department was called to 2900 University Avenue, on the U of M Crookston campus, for an alarm activation.
