The Minnesota Department of Transportation has expanded a no travel advisory to portions of northwestern Minnesota due to low visibility and dangerous driving conditions. Snowmelt and runoff resulted in a bridge failure Tuesday in Norman County. County Highway 18 west of Ada and about 8 miles north of Highway 200 is closed.
