The conference consists of 10 teams: Badger/Greenbush-Middle River, Clearbrook-Gonvick, Goodridge/Grygla, Kittson County Central, Northern Freeze, Red Lake County, Sacred Heart, Stephen-Argyle, Roseau, and Warren-Alvarado-Oslo.
