UMC BASEBALL’S ZACH RUSTAD NAMED NSIC PITCHER OF THE WEEK

The University of Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagle Baseball team started Northern Sun Conference (NSIC) play with three wins at Wayne State and pitcher Zach Rustad (Sr. Blaine) threw a one-hit shutout in the first game of the series to set the tone and because of his efforts he was named NSIC Pitcher of the Week.

UMC HAS 29 NAMED TO NSIC ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM

The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference announced that 740 student-athletes have earned NSIC All-Academic honors for the 2018 fall athletic season; 402 student-athletes were named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence, while 338 earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors.
