Applications are open for government entities and nonprofit organizations. Applications are being accepted from our seven-county Minnesota service area, including Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau counties. POLK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS APPROVES REDUCING RETAINAGE TO 0% AFTER FIRST OF THREE-YEAR CALCUIM CHLORIDE CONTRACT IS COMPLETED
