The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reported the arrest of the following- Todd Louis Nelson, 40, of Detroit Lakes, for DUI with Refusal to submit to a chemical test. Ruvalcaba Jordy Sanchz, 29, was held for Immigration and Naturalization Services. Oumar Djamadine, 34, was held for Immigration and Naturalization Services.
