POLK COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH PROVIDES COUNTY COMMISSIONERS UPDATE ON COVID-19

Sarah Reese, Polk County Public Health Director, provided an update Tuesday on COVID-19 to the Polk County Commissioners.  At the time of that update, the number of confirmed cases in Minnesota was 235, that number was updated to 262 laboratory-confirmed cases by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Tuesday afternoon. POLK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEET NEW POLK COUNTY SHERIFF K9 BUFFY

The Polk County Commissioners met the Polk County Sheriff’s Office’s new K9 Buffy and handler Deputy Kyle Olson this week.  Olson, who has been with the Sheriff’s Office for six years told the commissioners he always wanted to be a K9 officer and filled them in on his background preceding the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
