EAST GRAND FORKS WOMAN FACES 10 FELONY COUNTS FOR WELFARE FRAUD

The East Grand Forks Police Department today released complaint documents against Cadence Marie Zastoupil-Carnes. ADMINSTRATOR AT PIONEER MEMORIAL CARE CENTER CHARGED IN WORKPLACE INCIDENT
