The 16th Annual Red River Valley Sugarbeet Museum Harvest Festival will be this weekend on Sunday, September 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Red River Valley Sugarbeet Museum in Crookston. VINTAGE MINIATURE CAROUSEL BEING RESTORED AT THE POLK COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY MUSEUM

A vintage miniature carousel is being restored at the Polk County Historical Society Museum in Crookston. The carousel, which was made sometime in the 1960s, has a variety of items including a lady’s garter belt, dog collar, hair clips, necklace, four-leaf clover brooch, and a headband. The Christmas lights have been replaced with LED lights.
