The Minnesota Department of Health has released the COVID-19 numbers for the state and there were 5,863 confirmed COVID-19 cases out of 43,029 for a positive rate of 13.6 percent. The 5,863 positive cases is a new state record. The positive cases for the area counties are as follows – Polk County-57, Marshall County-15, Roseau
