WARREN-ALVARADO-OSLO VOLLEYBALL TOURNEY IS POSTPONED

The Warren-Alvarado-Oslo Pony high school volleyball tournament on Saturday, September 18 has been postponed due to sewer issues at the school.   Teams that were scheduled to compete were Crookston, Warren-Alvarado-Oslo, Red Lake Falls, Fertile-Beltrami, Sacred Heart, Mahnomen-Waubun, Goodridge-Grygla, and Clearbrook-Gonvick. No make-up date has been scheduled.

NORTHWEST SUB-STATE NORTH AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL TOURNEY BRACKET SET

The Northwest Sub-state North American Legion Baseball tournament seeds and bracket were released Monday night and the host Roseau received the top seed in the north and Fosston received the top seed in the south. 24 YEAR OLD DROWNS IN RED LAKE RIVER NEAR RED LAKE FALLS

UPDATE (victims name) – 7-4-21 (9:30 p.m.) At approximately 2:30pm on July 3, the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a possible drowning in the Red Lake River, near Red Lake Falls.  Red Lake County law enforcement officers, the Red Lake Falls Ambulance Service and the Red Lake Falls Fire Department
