The Polk County Commissioners set the preliminary tax levy at 5.5% at their meeting this week at the Government Center. Defending champion, Mark Lyczewski, is the top seed for the championship flight. Matt Hiller had the best qualifying score with a 71. There are 77 golfers in this year’s tournament.
