SEVERAL AREA HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL TEAMS AND PLAYERS EARN ALL-STATE ACADEMIC AWARDS

The Minnesota High School Football Coaches Association has announced the All-State Academic awards and several teams and players from northwest Minnesota made the team.  The award winners are listed below – Academic All-State Teams – Gold award winners (3.26 or higher GPA)- Stephen-Argyle Fertile-Beltrami Hawley Silver award winners (3.0 to 3.25 GPA)- Red Lake County

SECTION 8 9-MAN TOURNEY SEEDS ANNOUNCED, NORTH CENTRAL #1

The Section 8 9-Man Football tournament seeds have been released and there was a lot of movement in the final week of the season.
