As of 8:00PM on April 23, Riverside Ave. and Summit Ave. has been barricaded and closed. The decision to close is based upon the safety of sandbaggers and residents of the area. The water from the Red Lake River has backed up through the sewer system and spilled onto Riverside Ave. The water is flowing down Riverside Ave. and the city crews have blockaded the street and traffic will be diverted.
