GRAND FORKS CREWS CLOSE LOWER TRAILS OF THE GREENWAY DUE TO RISING FLOOD WATERS

Grand Forks crews have closed the lower trails of the Greenway due to rising floodwaters.  This includes the dog park located in Lincoln Dr. Park.
