CROOKSTON RECEIVES “2” PUBLIC PROTECTION CLASSIFICATION

The City of Crookston has received notice that they have improved to a 02/2Y for the City’s Public Protection Classification (PPC) for Fire Protection.  This classification puts the City of Crookston in the top 5 percent nationally among the 46,000 communities evaluated in the United States. WAY & MEANS COMMITTEE OKAYS HIGHWAY 75 BYPASS LIGHTING PROJECT

The Crookston Ways & Means Committee Monday night voted Monday night to light the corridor from Old Highway 75 to the Highway 75 bypass bridge.  The project will install 12 LED lights along the stretch from the corner to the bridge.
