NORTH STAR 4-H SAYS THANK YOU FOR WINTER GEAR DRIVE DONATIONS

North Star 4-H Club wishes to thank the community for their recent Winter Gear Drive donations. Donations included hand-knit hats, scarves, socks, 75 pairs of hand-knit mittens, snow pants, and other winter gear. Club members also purchased fleece and made 120 hats for the drive with funding provided by the Minnesota 4-H Helping Hands Program.

CROOKSTON SCHOOL BOARD WILL HOLD SPECIAL MEETING, WORKING SESSION MONDAY

WASHINGTON KINDERGARTNERS CELEBRATE 100 DAYS OF SCHOOL

MEET THE NEW TEACHERS AT HIGHLAND AND WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Crookston Public Schools has four new teachers in the elementary schools for the 2020-2021 school year.  The new teachers are below – ELIZABETH ERICKSON Elizabeth Erickson has been a long-term substitute teacher in the Crookston School District and comes back to Crookston after teaching preschool at Hawley last year.  “I’m from Barnesville originally,” said Erickson.

WASHINGTON SCHOOL OFFERS VIRTUAL KINDERGARTEN TOUR

Washington Elementary was unable to hold the traditional Kindergarten Round-Up this spring due to COVID-19 so the staff developed a video for parents and students to showcase what the school has to offer for kindergarten. Watch the video here.
