THE CROOKSTON CITY COUNCIL AND WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE WILL MEET ON MONDAY NIGHT

Crookston City Council

The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers, and the Ways and Means Committee will meet immediately afterward.

The agenda will include the resolutions regarding the Cash Farm Lease to be awarded to C&D Reitmeier and confirming the sale of property by the city of Crookston. The agenda will also include the resolution regarding the Crookston Single Family Housing purchase deferred repayment loan lien on the property owned by Bradley H Jenkins and Helen L Jenkins.

The final items on the main agenda will include resolutions regarding a conditional use permit to be recommended to A&E properties and the engagement of advanced engineering and environmental services.

The consent agenda will include the approval of minutes from the November 13 council meeting. It will also include the approval of bills and disbursements in the amount of $643,362.18.

The Ways and Means Committee will meet following the council. The meeting will include a discussion about grant distribution for local nonprofit organizations that have applied for funding from the city. The committee will also further discuss the budget heading into 2024.
