The Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. is completing a Community Needs Assessment that involves conducting a survey of the strengths and needs of the people and communities in their service area. They are asking for the residents of the 74 counties in their service area in Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota to complete the Assessment to help them plan services to meet the public’s needs. The questions are about issues affecting housing, employment, health care, and other vital topics. While at first, it may look rather long and intimidating, it can easily be completed within 15-20 minutes.
