The East Grand Forks Police Department has cited two juvenile male subjects (ages 13 and 15) following an investigation into vandalism at five East Grand Forks homes. The subjects are believed to have been responsible for breaking windows on at least five homes by throwing rocks at the homes. A Ring doorbell video, as well as other tips provided by citizens, helped the East Grand Forks Police Department officers locate the subjects who have admitted to being involved in the vandalism. The subjects are being cited in Polk County Juvenile Court.
