TWO MEN FROM FERTILE ARRESTED AFTER DRUG BUST

CORRECTION FROM THE POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.  BRYCE JOSEPH AMBUEHL WAS ADDED TO THIS PRESS RELEASE BY ACCIDENT.  THE CORRECT NAME IS BRANDON CRAIG AMBUEHL (27).

On Tuesday, February 18 the Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the Norman County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 410 Lincoln Ave SW in Fertile, MN.  Approximately 23.4 grams of methamphetamine, 3.4 grams of marijuana, and $1449 cash was seized.  Matthew Travis Beerman (31) and Brandon Craig Ambuehl (27) of Fertile were arrested. Charges include Aggravated Controlled Substance Crime in the First Degree-Sale, Controlled Substance Crime in the First Degree-Sale, Conspiracy to Commit Controlled Substance Crime in the First Degree-Sale, and Failure to Affix Tax Stamp.  The investigation is ongoing and no further information is being released at this time.
