The University of Minnesota Crookston is excited to announce a new partnership with Huntington Bank as a preferred online education provider for bank employees through their tuition discount initiative. Huntington employees will be offered expedited admissions with quick decision turnaround, plus tests, references, and fees waived for select programs in Crookston’s online bachelor’s degrees and certificates.

UMN Crookston and Huntington have also collaborated with the U of M’s Carlson School of Management to offer further discounts toward the Carlson School’s professional MBA and master’s programs or graduate certificates with the flexibility to enroll in courses in-person or online.

“Someone once said ‘success is best when it’s shared.’ UMN Crookston is proud to partner with Huntington Bank as a preferred online education provider for their employees, plus collaborate with the U of M’s Carlson School of Management as a way for students to continue their education with an MBA or master’s from Carlson after first obtaining their undergraduate degree from Crookston,” said Chancellor Mary Holz-Clause.

“Huntington colleagues are eager to tap into the incredible educational opportunities the University of Minnesota Crookston will provide,” said Darrel German, Minnesota Regional President for Huntington National Bank. “This emerging partnership illustrates the deep connection Huntington has in communities across Minnesota.”

Included in the Minnesota Crookston offerings for Huntington Bank employees are 18 online options such as accounting, agricultural business, applied agricultural communication studies, applied health, applied studies, communication, criminal justice, English, finance, health management, information technology management, international business, management, manufacturing management, marketing, quality management, software engineering, sport and recreation management, plus six online certificate options in the areas of agricultural business, finance, health management, manufacturing management, nursing home administrator, and sport and recreation management.
