The Veterans Days supper was hosted last night by the Veterans Council at Crookston VFW Post 1902. The speakers for the evening were Kurt Ellefson, the Polk County Veterans Service Officer, and Gaye Wick, with a presentation titled “A piece of my heart, the story of 26 American women who served in Vietnam.
The Posting of the Colors was by the Crookston Composite Squadron Civil Air Patrol Color Guard, Margee Keller provided the blessing for the meal and closing benediction, and the welcome was issued by Jean LaJesse.
