On September 23, employees of the Benedictine Living Community – Crookston (Villa St. Vincent and The SUMMIT) will be joining their colleagues across five Upper Midwestern states to celebrate “We Are Benedictine” Day throughout the senior housing and services organization.
According to Patricia Nott, Senior Vice President of People Development for Benedictine, Benedictine Leadership is honoring all associates (employees) of Benedictine Living Communities for their dedication to serving seniors during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“At this time of the year, we usually host an annual leadership conference in Duluth,” Nott said. “Benedictine leaders decided to turn over this day to honor all Benedictine associates, especially during these challenging times of COVID-19.”
In addition to the virtual conference, Benedictine communities will host a meal for all associates on all work shifts. Also, full-time and part-time Benedictine associates will receive thank you gifts during the celebration.
