WAY & MEANS COMMITTEE TO MEET MONDAY

The Crookston Ways & Means Committee will meet Monday night following the City Council meeting in the Council Chambers at City Hall.  The meeting will begin with amending or approving the January 28 meeting report. The meeting will consist of several presentations. First, Carrie Michalski, CEO of RiverView Health, will make a presentation on the RiverView Health building project.  Paul Steinman will lead a tax increment financing informational session following the RiverView Presentation. 

Linda Kingery from the Northwest Regional Sustainable Development Partnership will follow with an update on the Red Lake River Corridor Enhancement Project Update.  Mayor Guy Martin will then present Sara Geist as an appointment for the Library Board.  The committee will then discuss the Council Strategy Session format and will conclude the meeting by going to a closed session in the conference room to discuss the potential sale of a property.  The final portion of the meeting will be closed under MN Statutes, 13D.05 Subd. 3 (c).
