Longtime Crookston softball umpire, coach, and player Wes Knutson will be one of 20 inductees into the 33rd Annual Softball Hall of Fame on Saturday, October 21, at the Holmes Theatre in Detroit Lakes. The Hall of Fame biennially recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the sport of softball.
Softball is the largest adult and youth team participant sport in Minnesota and the nation, with over 3,000 teams participating in the state.
