The watch includes the following Minnesota counties: Polk, Norman, Clay, Lake of the Woods, Marshall, Beltrami, Pennington, Red Lake, Clearwater, Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Wilkin, Otter Tail, and Wadena. The following North Dakota counties: Walsh, Grand Forks, Griggs, Steele, Traill, Barnes, Cass, Ransom, Sargent, and Richland.
The Watch includes the following cities – Crookston, Warren, Red Lake Falls, Thief River Falls, Grand Forks, Wadena, Mayville, Fargo, Ada, Red Lake, Fosston, Bemidji, East Grand Forks, Grafton, Bagley, Breckenridge, Fergus Falls, Hillsboro, New York Mills, Lisbon, Newfolden, Moorhead, Crookston, Detroit Lakes, Cooperstown, Finley, Wahpeton, Halstad, Baudette, Mahnomen, Lake Itasca, Valley City, Middle River, and Park Rapids.

- WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

- IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
