The National Weather Service in Grand Forks, North Dakota has issued a Winter Storm Warning for portions of northwest Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota from 9:00 p.m. Wednesday to 6:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19.
The counties included in the warning are Polk, Norman, Red Lake, Mahnomen, Towner, Cavalier, Pembina, Benson, Ramsey, Walsh, Eddy, Nelson, Grand Forks, Griggs, Steele, and Traill.
Including the cities of Waubun, Maddock, Minnewaukan, Devils Lake, Red Lake Falls, Portland, Fort Totten, Cavalier, Lankin, Erskine, Twin Valley, Drayton, McIntosh, Crookston, Naytahwaush, Lakota, Grafton, Grand Forks, Cooperstown, Tolna, Hatton, Ada, Fosston, Finley, Leeds, Mayville, East Grand Forks, Halstad, Cando, Mahnomen, New Rockford, Langdon, Fertile, Park River, and Hillsboro.
