Wyatt Sauve, 25, of Red Lake Falls, MN passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025 as a result of an automobile accident.
Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Red Lake Falls, MN with Rev. Jonathan Dodson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Wyatt James Sauve was born on December 21, 1999 to Brad Sauve and Angela (Casavan) Sauve at Riverview Health in Crookston, MN. He was raised in Red Lake Falls, MN with his brother, Landon, and sister, Kiara. He attended school at J.A. Hughes Elementary and graduated from Lafayette High School with the class of 2018.
Wyatt started working at the age of 16 at Brent’s until he left for college. He attended Minnesota State Community and Technical College (M State) Moorhead and graduated in 2020 with an associate degree in Cybersecurity. After college, Wyatt worked at Bytespeed, True IT, Bellbank all in Fargo, ND and Bellbank in Phoenix, AZ. He then moved back to Red Lake Falls in 2023 and worked at Altoz in Red Lake Falls and Digi Key in Thief River Falls.
Wyatt enjoyed playing hockey in high school, gaming, hiking, hanging out with his friends kayaking and tubing, UND hockey games, going to movies and out to eat with his family. He also enjoyed watching Minnesota Wild hockey games and the Minnesota Vikings football games with family. He also enjoyed spending his time with his cat, Oden who was his chunky boy. Wyatt would always say his spirit animal was the sloth. He liked watching Anime shows and collecting funko pops.
Wyatt is survived by his dad, Brad Sauve of Red Lake Falls and his mom, Angela Sauve of Red Lake Falls; siblings, Landon Sauve of Thief River Falls and Kiara (Isaiah Villarreal) Sauve of Grand Forks, ND; grandparents, Jesse and Dianne Casavan of Red Lake Falls; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Wyatt is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Elizabeth Sauve; uncles, Jimmy Sauve and Pete Gudmundson; and other extended family.
