17-YEAR-OLD CRASHES INTO RED PEPPER IN GRAND FORKS

On Thursday, December 23 at approximately 7:27 pm, a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old female drove through the south entrance of Red Pepper.  Initial investigation of the crash indicates that the driver lost control of her vehicle while traveling northbound through the parking lot, striking the building.  There was significant damage to the vehicle and the front entrance of the building.  The driver was not injured and no customers to the business were struck.

The driver of the vehicle was cited for Reckless Driving.

The Grand Forks Police Department would like to remind all drivers to operate their vehicle in a safe and prudent manner at all times.
