20TH ANNUAL MR. CHS CONTEST WILL BE HELD SUNDAY AFTERNOON

The 20th Annual Mr. CHS is coming up this Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the Crookston High School auditorium.  Linda Morgan, Crookston High School Leo Club Advisor, is organizing Mr. CHS this year along with the Student Council. “This coming Sunday, March 3 at 2:00 p.m. will be our 20th Anniversary of Mr. CHS,” said Morgan.  “One of the seven boys will get a nice belt made by Mr. Geffre.  He makes a nice belt with the medal and year on there.  The boys have been working hard with practices along with a few student council members and myself.  Very excited for these boys that will be doing it.”

Seven seniors will compete to be Mr. CHS says, Morgan.  “The seven boys doing it are Blake Fee, Damien Narvaez, Nick Garmen, Jaden Lubarski, Jake Lemke, Damian Hodgson, and Shaun Nelson,” said Morgan.  “It’s $3 to get in. That helps cover the cost for student council and helps get people here and getting it advertised.  A lot of parents and the student body of CHS will hopefully come to cheer on the seven young men.”
