The Crookston Police Department responded to the report of an accident on Thursday, January 9 at 3:29 p.m. on N Broadway and 7th St. The accident occurred between a 2012 Mazda 6, driven by Jessica M. Zambrano of Crookston, and a 2015 Buick Regal, driven by Amanda Christianson of Mentor. There were no injuries and moderate damage to both vehicles. Zambrano was issued a citation for driving after revocation and duty to drive with due care.
The Crookston Police Department also responded to the report of an accident on Saturday, January 11 at 12:35 p.m. on the 500-block of N Broadway. The accident occurred between a 2020 GMC Sierra driven by Clayton Briggs of Crookston and a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser driven by Taylyn Thompson of Grand Forks. There were no injuries and minor damage to both vehicles.
