Peter Matthew Dullea, 38 of Moorhead, for felony harassment for violation of a restraining order.
Jenipher K Weber, 46 of Crookston, for misdemeanor domestic assault.
Cole Steven Darroled Hoover, 22 of Crookston, for misdemeanor domestic assault. Released on personal recognizance.
Devin Dellmore Dionne, 24 of Halstad, for misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Released on personal recognizance.
Jessica Ann Holm, 32 of Fosston, for felony 5th-degree possession of a controlled substance. Bail supplied.
Christopher Joseph McDougall, 51 of Crookston, for felony domestic assault by strangulation.
Kallob Roy Burnside, 19, for felony domestic assault by strangulation.
Joshua Edward Lott, 21 of Ada, for a misdemeanor violation of a domestic assault no-contact order.
Destine Kay Burgess, 24, as a felony fugitive from another state.
