Two Minnesota State Lottery Millionaire Raffle players have won $1 million on the New Years Day drawing. One of the winners bought a $1 million dollar winner at Superpumper in Crookston and another winner purchased a ticket in Ely. The Millionaire Raffle has been held since 2006 and they limit the number of tickets to 700,000. The raffle also sold five tickets worth $100,000.
