SNAPPED POWER LINE CAUSES POWER OUTAGE IN CROOKSTON (Video)

A snapped power line and explosion on the power pole in downtown Crookston caused a wide-spread power outage in Crookston on Saturday afternoon.  We have a video submitted by Anthony Hillukka.
